Daniel Karslake is an award-winning American director and producer, whose work deals with social justice issues. Prior to EVERY THREE SECONDS, Karslake directed and produced FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO which premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival and was short-listed for a 2008 Academy Award. It also won nine “Best Documentary” audience awards at festivals around the world, and was recognized by Entertainment Weekly magazine in 2010 as one of five films that has changed the world. |

Helen Mendoza’s broad experience spans film, television, music, and online media. She has produced corporate and commercial projects for ad agencies, corporate and non-profit clients, and independent production companies. She has worked on feature films for 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios. On the web, she created and produced Gay Daze an original online web series and Outbox.com an LGBT search engine. Helen co-produced the documentary, FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO. She has also produced two critically acclaimed Compact Discs for the women’s choir Vox Femina Los Angeles – Taking Shape and Simply…Vox Femina. |

NYC-based editor Jen Fineran received an “Outstanding Editing” Emmy nomination for her work on Alison Klayman’s feature documentary AI WEIWEI: NEVER SORRY (IFC Films) which won numerous awards including a Sundance Special Jury Prize. Her other credits include ALL OF ME (PBS Independent Lens), A POWERFUL NOISE (Tribeca), CONFEDERACY THEORY (PBS Independent Lens), and the upcoming EVERYBODY KNOWS… ELIZABETH MURRAY. Jen’s movie promos can be seen many networks including AMC, WE, TNT and IFC. She also edited the Australian road comedy WASTE. Jen recently finished Emily Kassie’s documentary short I MARRIED MY FAMILY’S KILLER about love stories in Rwanda, and is currently working with Klayman again on CARMEN HERRERA: THE 100 YEARS SHOW. |
